Which Robi Capsule should I choose if I have a water softener at home?

A water softener already removes a lot of limescale from your water, so if you have a softener, we recommend using an Original or Plus Capsule.

It is important, however, that the softener meets all requirements for drinking water and is maintained according to the applicable technical regulations. In addition, it is recommended anyway not to soften water more than necessary. The government guideline, which also applies to water companies, is not to make drinking water softer than 16 French Degrees.
