For the Robi Capsule to work perfectly, it is very important that:1. It is screwed in properly - you should not be able to see the screw thread!2. The TAG (white-coloured label) is intact on the Robi Capsule - you must NEVER remove it!3. When using a Robi Capsule for the first time and when replacing it, rinse it thoroughly (run at least 3 litres of cold water). This rinse water looks cloudy and you can use it for the plants or the dishes if necessary...(do not drink it).4. Open the Robi App on your smartphone and press the synch button (top right two round arrows). After synching, you will see the data of the new Capsule!&#xA0;Note: Screwing in the Robi Capsule properly and completely is more important than it seems (whether for first use or replacement!).
