A water softener in your home is not in itself an obstacle to using Robi. It is important, however, that the softener meets all requirements for drinking water and is maintained according to the applicable technical regulations. In addition, it is recommended anyway not to soften water more than necessary. The government guideline, which also applies to water companies, is not to make drinking water softer than 16 French Degrees. 

A water softener already removes a lot of chalk from your water, so if you have a softener, we recommend using an Original or Plus Capsule.
